Javelin / 3-Way Logistics

I met Matt Clement in my role of COO of Javelin Logistics.  Matt came to me highly recommended by a colleague I trust.  I immediately engaged Matt to analyze system and  process problems we were suffering at a consumer product fulfillment operation in Atlanta.  Within 3 days of arrival Matt had identified the people, process and flow priorities.  Within a few days more he put in the right measures to achieve and maintain 100% on time delivery.  Matt stayed on the job until the local team was stable and productive.  After this engagement I tapped into Matt’s Lean Six Sigma expertise to lead workshops in process improvement with a dozen of our best managers and supervisors.  The reviews from the team were overwhelmingly positive.  Following this I had Matt lead a new facility implementation as project manager.  The team effectively delivered the project on time and budget.   In addition to Matt’s technical expertise he also has a calm demeanor under pressure and diplomatic communications style that commands respect.    I am pleased to act as a reference for whatever new engagement Matt feels qualified to pursue.
